RYA Start Racing (Day 3/4)
This course takes the mystery out of racing. Learn about making best use of boat controls to sail faster, how to start, how to best round marks.

This RYA Start Racing Course will cover the relevant syllabus over the course of 4 Saturday mornings. Participants are encouraged to stay on for the afternoon club racing after the course.

- Boat preparation
- Boat handling
- Boat speed
- Teamwork (double handers)
- Strategy and meteorology
- Racing rules
- Tactics
- Starts
- Local club racing
This course is open to both junior and adults members. The cost is £30 (juniors) and £50 (adults).
